Technical Indicators

Historically, technical indicators apply some function to OHLCV data, e.g. cumulative averging of price, or the statistical distribution of price change. In this package, technical indictors are not defined in anyway so as not to restrict user flexibility. The collection of technical indicators provided are methods which generally take 1 or 2 pandas series, and return a pandas series
